Cash Out Terms and Conditions

  1. These Cash-Out Terms are part of our Terms & Conditions. When you sign up, you agree to both. Any important words not explained here mean the same as in our main Terms & Conditions.
  2. Cash-Out and Partial Cash-Out are available for both pre-match and live bets. They can be used on Single and Combo bets, but not on System bets.
  3. Cash-Out and Partial Cash-Out aren’t available for Forecast or Tricast bets.
  4. You’ll only see the Partial Cash-Out option if the full Cash-Out offer is more than double the minimum bet amount for that bet.
  5. Your Partial Cash-Out amount can’t be lower than the minimum bet amount for that bet.
  6. You can Partial Cash-Out up to the full Cash-Out amount, as long as the minimum allowed stake for that bet remains.
  7. Cash-Out and Partial Cash-Out won’t be available if you place Combo Bets together with System Bets in the ‘Combo’ tab.
  8. If you use Partial Cash-Out, the remaining amount left on your bet will still be settled based on the final result of the fixture.
  9. If a Combo Bet is partially cashed out after one or more lines have already settled, the remaining bet amount will still be settled using the final result of every fixture in the bet - including settled and open lines. For any fixtures that have already settled, their odds will be counted as 1.00.

Example:

You place a $30 Combo Bet with 3 lines:

  • Match A (odds 2.0) - already settled and won
  • Match B (odds 1.8) - still open
  • Match C (odds 2.2) - still open
  1. After a partial cash out, your remaining bet will be settled with updated odds: $20 × 1.00 × 1.8 × 2.2
  2. Cash-Out may not always be available for every market or player, as the [Operator/website] has the right to disable the feature at any time.
  3. Cash-Out offers are time-sensitive. If prices or the market change during that period, the offer may update, or Cash-Out may be paused or removed.
  4. After Cash-Out, your bet is marked as settled, and the final result of the market won’t impact it.
  5. Cashed-out bets don’t contribute to rollover requirements in Sports promotions.
  6. If you place a bet using a Free Bet, Cash-Out won’t be available.

General Soccer Rule

Match Duration: All match markets are settled based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes, including injury/stoppage time). Extra time, golden goals, and penalty shootouts won’t count unless we clearly say otherwise.

VAR Decisions: Sometimes VAR changes the game. If a significant event is overturned after review, only bets placed between the event itself and the final VAR confirmation may be voided.

Friendly Matches: In friendlies, bets are settled using the final result at the end of normal play, without extra time. Even if the match finishes before 90 minutes, bets will still count as long as it’s scheduled for two 45-minute halves.

    Different Match Formats:

    • 90 minutes (3 × 30 mins): Full-time bets count, but half-time bets don’t
    • 80 minutes (2 × 40 mins): All bets count as normal.
    • Any other playing format: All bets will be void.

    Abandoned/Postponed Matches & Missing Information:

    • If a match stops before full time, bets will be void unless the result for that market was already decided.
    • If a postponed match doesn’t kick off within 24 hours of its original local start time, all bets will be void, and your stake will be refunded.
    • We’ll also void and refund bets if there’s still no official match information available within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Kick-off Times: If a match starts earlier than planned, your bets will still count as long as they were placed before the new start time. And settlement won’t be affected if the published start time was wrong.

Venue Changes: If the home and away teams are listed correctly, your bets will still count even if the venue changes. But if the teams are wrong, bets will be void.

Team Names: Don’t worry if the “XI” is missing from a team name; your bets will still count.

Disqualification/Reinstatement: If a team or player is later disqualified or reinstated, it won’t change the result of your match or qualification bets.

Statistics Source: If there’s no official stats source available, or different sources are showing conflicting info, we’ll settle bets using our own stats.

Cards Markets (General): Unless we say different, only cards shown to players on the pitch count for card markets. Cards shown to substitutes, managers, or staff don’t count. If a substitute who already got a card while on the bench later comes on to play, that card will then count for official stats and settlement.
